Where do you ship?

We ship to eligible destinations within the United States. International shipping is not currently offered.

Eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping ($0.00), with no minimum order amount.

How long does delivery take?

The standard delivery estimate is 3–5 days, depending on the item, order processing, carrier service and destination. Please use any more specific information displayed before checkout for your order.

Who sends my order?

We work with a U.S.-based supplier to prepare and ship orders. When available, tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout.

Can I return something?

Our return policy accepts requests made within 30 calendar days of receiving an order, subject to eligibility requirements. Email support@vexalume.shop to start a return.

Are returns free?

We cover return shipping for authorized returns and provide the relevant prepaid shipping label or pickup instructions. Contact us before arranging your own return shipment, particularly for a large grill or freight item.

Our support team will supply the appropriate return address or collection instructions. Do not ship items to the legal operator's correspondence address.
